There's programming available to do it. I've read about it, but don't know how.

Geeze.... you n00bs. Get Firefox, get the VideoDownloader add-on. Follow their directions, convert the flv to avi/mpg, blah!

Got the software, however I don't see the option to download or change the format. Any help please....thanks....Jamie
