McGinnis Hummer in Houston, very friendly people not too bright in the repair department. from what I understand they did check the system(pushed the buttons and they lit up, if it dosen't blink and no error codes it works
) I told them it appeared to work but actually never engaged they told me the computer would show error codes so I guess it was all my and my cowhellers imagination
