Same hare. Try to schedule appointments ahead of time even if you haven't had the next one. It could drag on a long time.
Diet can only help so much. I was never "fat", but was quite heavy. I'm a big guy anyway. I lost 40 lbs and things did improve, but nothing was cured.

One thing you do want to watch out for is if they walk into the study room with an Anal Thermometer,
make sure its the right size for your height and weight...

Good point. Make sure they use the warmer on it, too. Those cold ones are tough.

What you can do is put it in your mouth first to warm it up. You know bring it up to 98.6 F, it will be more comfortable that way...
