Great Analogy, it could be used for some citizens also.
The poop reminds me of the Superdome.
Take down the bird feeder and bring out the netting.

They should have made them stay and help clean up and rebuild the Super Dome. They were given ample warning to leave. They chose to stay, or had no way of leaving. Now...Joe Blow who was homeless before, now has a federal job, nicer home than most of the middle class, and gets a monthly check....to spend on blow and has the nerve to complain.
