They replaced my original driver side mirror with one that the glass shakes on my 06. Then ordered several spares. All of which the glass shakes. They all went to the regional managers desk as a manufacturing defect. That was about 2 weeks ago.
When they get some good ones in I'm on the list to be replaced.

My mirror (only the glass) shakes too. I noticed it the day I drove it off the dealer's lot (with 20 miles on the car). Went back the next week to get it swopped. No difference after the swop
- I was thinking they pulled a fast one on me 
(as in they didn't do anything and just told me they made the replacement) -- but it did look a tad bit cleaner...
