Damn sounds like an upgrade. Atleast a garage door opener is useful, predictable and more reliable ( except for the batteries)

Oh well, I guess his house will be the one that the EMT's are called to b/c he got his "twinkie" stuck into one of the garage door faucets. Not sure I would have made that trade bro.
