My Dad busted my stones for getting my first H2....then he took it for a ride and in about a month he bought his 06 SUT. He said its by far the nicest vehicle he's owned.
Like you said...you either like'em or you don't. There is no in between.

My old man was the same way. He expected them to be rough riding etc. After the first time he road in it, he changed his mind dramatically. You do have an advantage. You know the range rover inside and out. So you can easily compare it to the H2 with a test drive.
