havent done that but ive seen spots with like dirt mounds on em for construction and instead of parking 100 yards away i park in that first spot half way up the dirt mound. its funny coming out with people taking pictures of it.

Actually, I have found that if you BACK in, the H2 doesn't stick out any further than anything else.

Why, is it longer if you pull it in than backing it in?

while it's not longer....it does make a difference on how far you stick out if you back into a space against a Curb. If you run your rear tires up to the curb there is more of your truck hanging over the grass than if you pull in. Obviously this does not apply if there is another parking spot behind you when you back in.
