Re: Newbie Stupid ?
How did you guess on the color?!? Yellow was the 2nd choice. The first choice was the Orange of the H3.
Just shoot me now.

Re: Newbie Stupid ?
Don't think of the H2 as coming in second. It's one hell of a capable truck and you'll be alot more comfortable to boot. No CTIS, but in general that seems to be very problematic on the H1's anyway. Get the inboard compressor and hose and you can air down and up to your heart's content. You can make the H2 as bad ass an offroad vehilce as you want through aftermarket gear anyway, just browse through here and see what others have done. After that take a look at some of the Moab and Rubicon trips and you'll see just what the 2's can do. Go for it and don't look back! Best of luck and remember Pewter is perfect!

Re: Newbie Stupid ?
I know the H2's are excellent vehicles. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against the H2. It just went from me, me, me to her!
Was this not my idea to buy a Hummer !?!, How did it get turned around? I ask myself.
My personal preference is the H1, it fits my personality a little better. I like the utilitarianism of it. (I came from a Jeep background) Not to mention, if a tree-hugger gets annoying on I-80 between Sacramento and 'Frisco (I love saying that. It just pi$$es them off) I can always drift out of the lane a smidge.
