Re: Anyone have any expeience with these?
I have one and love it! But, I modified it...added bars to protect head lights had it sprayed with rino liner, added tabs for k.c. lights, and added cables so when I fold it down I can use it as a front rack to carry my big game back to the camp!

That brushguard looks like it would hold up well to a full fron impact collision with a bird! ...anything beyond that is coming into your hood.
Are you lloking for a winch bumper? or just curious as to quality? Throw a DRTY Winch bumper on there.

Ever see the road armor dakar winch bumper with the atlas 2 brushguard, may be a 4k set up but is mean looking.

Yeah, Thanks. I've looked at RA. Just seems like it's overpriced. Looks good, though. The one I posted is the only one I've found that will accommodate a Warn 16.5ti. Everything else tops out at 9.5 unless you go hydraulic (which I 've been warned against [pun intended]) except the DRTYWNCH, of course, which takes the Tabor 12.

Re: Anyone have any expeience with these?
I think that's super ugly....sorry... and it looks like it would screw up the approach angle.
As far as winches go. Don't go cheap. Get one that will work! Team Hummer uses Mile Marker and swear they won't overheat and fail in the middle of a Race. They stopped using WARN.
I have used the crap out of my Warn 9.5 and haven't had any trouble. Remember, the only reason you own one is for Recovery, and if it fails when you need it most, you might as well forget it. I can't say it loud enough.
just my .02.

The guy that used to own the truck pictured here had that setup, one of the baddest looking H2's I've ever seen. This pic was before he got the front installed, but it looks like the other pics of the front have been removed from the forums.

Re: Anyone have any expeience with these?
Timgco,
The brushguard would hold up well to just about any front impact collision. As a matter of fact, I put it on because I hunt in west Texas and travel alot at night going and coming to the ranch. There are hundreds of deer in the roadways along my driving route. I have already hit two of them...and hit them hard...but not even a scratch on my baby! Didn't effect the way it folds down, and no dents, bends or even any rino coating hurt at all!..So there goes your therory right out the window! Everyone that has ever seen it loves it, and coments on how heavy it is...this thing is solid steel and built...not some thin grade alum, or light gage steel. Now it does weigh alot more than any other I have seen, and it took 4 big guys and two floor jacks to get it inplace! And if you go with it, be prepaired to upgrade your front suspention. With the extra weight upfront, I have noticed and improved ride as well. I don't work for them, and not trying to sell anyone on it..I like that mine is the only one like it that I have ever seen in person...I like to be different!

dk,
I truely can't recall what all it cost me...seems like the bumper was around $1200 to $1500, plus about $500 in shipping, and to have it rino lined, and the other modifications was about another $500, + 10,000 lb.warn winch...think it cost another $900 or so. But I truely don't remember the total cost....but hey it is only money...and I love my hummers. I have 2 03' h2's, (one for hunting, and then my daily driver, and my wife has the h3. Would have bought my 15 year old son an sut, but he wanted a GMC Z71 instead.

Tower,
I replaced the tie rods, steering stabilizer, and shocks with parts from fabtech. All work including the bumper was done by Offroad Inovations.
