The stock BFG's broke the bead at about 17PSI. I dont think it does any good to go lower than 20 PSI considering the weight of our vehicles. Also, you start to noticably loose ground clearance beyond that.

I agree totally. I didn't intend to go below 20 psi--someone told me their Stauns would take them down to 20 psi, but it obviously went a lot lower. I do think that the Coopers will hold a bead better than the ATs because of the thicker sidewall though. This is what it looked like:
