Yea the wheel went right on. I'm not sure what all these people are talking about their wheels not fitting on the carrier. You are replacing an 8 bolt wheel with the exact same pattern.

Some wheels, KMC Backseats for example, have a 'small bore' center so the 'post' on the tire carrier doesn't fit through it. This is why people have had to remove that 'post' in order to mount the wheel on the spare carrier.
