tell me about it. I had a 2500 hd until this summer. I got 11 on the highway. My h2 does just as good. Yet has 35 inch tires, awd and the list of options goes on and on.

Exactly my point! It's like when some dumba$$ comes up to you at the gas station and asks you "How much does it cost to fill that thing up?" My reply: "Same as any other vehicle with the same size tank." |

My '94 454 Suburban holds 42 gallons and gets 7.5 mpg and runs on premium!!

I had a '95 454 3/4 ton and that pig was lucky to see 10-11 on the freeway. |

Not sure what this translates to. I have a small camper that holds 150 gallons of deisel. Multiply times 3.45/gallon and it comes out to a second mortgage everytime I fill up! But more importantly, it gets worse mpg then my H2. Are the greenies going to key it? NFW! They will walk past it to get to my Hummer.
