I used to own stock in Costco so I followed to company a lot more then I do now. But, up until recently Costco had a year (or maybe two) warranty on there plasmas. If it broke you took it in and they would give you a new one. People caught on to this and would return their TV just to get a new one with all the latest updates. Like all good things that came to an end.

i remember 1 year, then 6 months and now 90 days...
anyway its still the best return policy that i'm aware of...
