You need a new seat motor, which is part of the entire seat adjuster assm.

Mine does not go back and forth it does go up and down. If someone bites the bullet and wants to sell the front back motor from theirs. I may be interested in it to try and fix mine.

I had all sorts of problems getting my seats to move at one point. I took it in and everything was fixed with a software update. Cost about $50.
