truthfully i love the fj. My buddy has one of em the TRD edition on a 3.5 inch lift with 33" Mickey T mud terrains. And its a sick rig, him and I always go out offroading and it does incredibly well. I looked at that when i bought mine, i just really disliked the entire seemed like it defeated the purpose of an SUV, but it drives great and looks great, espiacly in the new Desert Storm color!
p.s. may i add the 3 windshield wipers are a really cool, thats one thing im jealous of the fj for
heres my buddy's, a tad dirty after a day of offroading

Thanks for the input - I now have it sitting in the driveway - lets face it - from Smart Car to FJ - that wasn't a bad move.
At least my H1 is sitting there towering over it  |

ya smarter choice than the smart car, what color did you get??? and if you didnt take the 4 wheel drive option thats rediculous!
