hmmmm, make me wonder if there was a change in the mount OR
does he maybe have too much air. I know it won;t make that much of a difference, but may be just enough to squeeze it on there.

After a renewed sense of confidence given to me by this listserve, I tried again to mount the tire. Success!!! I had to put the bottom lug on first and then push the top of the tire onto the top two lugs. It worked Thanx to everyone who replied!!!!!!!

If its snug let some air out of the tire.
