no cutting required. It installs where the wheel well tray is located. It attaches to the body under there.

I had this system for a while and I was very pleased with it. 600 is a good deal with the amp included. This will make someone one very happy. it is a seal box so it is very tight and SQ is great. I do have one warning though. SQ and SPL is is alot like Horse Power in the sense that once you get a taste it is very hard to stop getting more and improving.

I was guessing, using ups.com, that it would be around 70 bucks not including supplies to go to Seattle. I will check tomorrow on Canada. I will let you know.

Shipping to Canada is 70 just for the sub not including packaging or the amplifier. So figure around 110 to Canada insured for replacement value.
