Kane Creek is an outstanding trail....tore the hell out of my paint, but was a great trail. I didn't get too many pics because we didn't have anyone along to take them....that's why we have the broken windshield shots.

My Heeper buddy and I ran it alone but a couple other Heepers that were scared to death ended up following us out. The dude in the Green JK attempted to kill himself on the cliff ledges on the way out. He was open diffs and kept trying to skinny pedal his way up......not good on a soft shoulder 500 feet above a cliff. My friend hooked a strap to him and dragged his ass up. The dudes wife was shaking so bad I felt sorry for her.

Man that looks awesome!

No doubt a good time had by all!

Well, maybe not for the wife lady.

I'd like to have filmed all of that!

It would have been a blast flying down and playing camera beyotch!

Took the skid plate off this morning and bought a big ass mallet to try to pound out the dents.

Bent this front drop bracket back into the bushing....that sucker bent back almost 3/4 of an inch.

It's amazing what this heavy beast can bend when slammed into rock ledges several feet high. It's almost completely unavoidable too, when wheeling alone with no spotter through massive boulder fields.

I ended up winching my Jeeper friend off a boulder (on Strike Ravine) that was at least 600 pounds, that had worked it's way up until it was laying on his front drive shaft only a few inches from his oil and tranny pans. We put some big rocks behind his front tires and I winched him backwards up onto them until the boulder fell free of his rig. Made me appreciate the undercarriage protection on my rig.....damn thing had disaster written all over it.

Good times......

Bad photo, but you get the idea of what it looks like down the canyon. There is what's left of a Jeep down there.

It gets steep, with big rocky ledges around the corner from where I took this.
