Has anybody got any of things they paid for? Or has anybody contacted paypal and got there money back yet?

He was late on shipping but I got my programmer and light bar- two purchases at separate times. The wires were hacked off close to the lights. I was not expecting them to look like this but just let it go. My packages came from a Pizza Hut in Henderson, NV.
