first thing I would do is stop payment and have them refute the items. PayPal will do it as long as the shipper does not provide shipment conformation. Which if you did not get item then he cant.

I have also bought some parts from him (and paid) have still not heard anything.

Have even sent him a pm, but no responce.

I'm all the way in Denmark though so shipping to me normally takes some time, but still it should have been here by now.

No tracking or anything. The only thing is he said he got tied up and was going to ship it that day...March 14. I have tried to contact him with no resolve. I did file a dispute claim and he has until the 17th of the month, otherwise they collect. I hate when good honest hard working people get the shaft like this. I'm wondering why he has not been banned. I have seen others banned for alot simpler things. Guess they are allowing him the time to come on and prove his case.
