I brang a dried up old hose in and they replaced it with a new one .

My brother brang in a old circular saw to get a blade that was discontinued and was given a new saw.

When I was there last week looking at LCD tv mounting brackets I was told New policy no returns on TV's and TV hardware so make sure the bracket is the one I need.I didnt get it and ended up fabricating something up for the TV so it wouldnt get damaged in transit in the camper.

You're right, their return policy on tools is great. I've been buying tools for each of my sons for every major holiday and birthday (along with the regular toys) timing purchases to take advantage of sales. Now they've each got a well stocked rolling cabinet, the only problem is I'm running out of options since it seems like they're already got everything

If you've got an old Craftsman ratchet that's damaged but holds some sentimental value they sell rebuild kits for the mech for a penny. You'll get a C-clip, springs and a pawl and rebuilding is a cinch.
