Re: Parts list for Moab
Yep, it's the Midwest Hummer Club. We will be running trails from 5/26 to 5/30. I currently have 12 for sure, 2 more possibly signed up. There are 3 H1's, 4 H2's, and 5 H3's, so a good mix. If anyone will be arounMoab at that time, let me know. We will be running Moab Rim, Hell's Revenge, Porcupine Rim, Fins and things, Seven Mile Rim, Wipe out hill, possibly Tower Arch and Golden Spike, depending on time and interest. Some of us will be out there on 5/24 and will do a trail on 5/25.
This is the first time the majority of the club will have been to Moab. All have been off-road, but nothing this extreme. About half will have their families/small children, and we will be taking our time and letting everyone try as many obstacles as they want.
If there is a day where some of the group will be going sight-seeing, the rest of us can run Golden Spike. I don't want to take a large group with lots of kids out on that trail!

Re: Parts list for Moab
Hey Partsman - I think the list I gave you for the H1 will be adequat. There is no way you can ever be totally prepared for what the H1 can break LOL!! The only thing you really need is half-shafts and a good trailer, and I've got both covered!

Ah hem. Could you please pm me that H1 list?
No kidding about the H3 diff. You can tow it out and replace it somewhere comfy, like Moab 4x4.

You have an Alpha, you won't need anything but fuel.

Re: Parts list for Moab
You are so right about that. The Alpha rocks.
You can also just bring friends who have all the parts. That works too
