Pretty sure the only way you'll get manual is the H3...I'd stay away from the aviator (lincolns scare me) and the SRX (a little too old-person wagon for me)...X5 and Cayenne are both nice vehicles.

My vote, X5. you may also want to consider the X6, its only a 2+2 but its got the new TT motor, pretty nice. The X5 still looks better though
