The tax break for buying a vehicle with a GVW over 6,000 pounds till exists albiet slightly less. Last year you could write off $25K of the vehicle in the first year as opposed to the good ole days when you could write the entire truck off the first year.....BUT this should not be considered tax or legal advice and all questions should be directed to your tax accountant or tax attorney.
