I must first admit, that I do not spend as much time reading through these posts as I should, or would like to. However, this one caught my eye today and felt that I had to get involved.

I contacted Dan at E&G today, he seemed like a decent enough guy and does want to get this situation properly resolved and afforded me the opportunity to assist.

We, Source Motors, have an account with E&G, but only for their Hummer H2 Fender Flares. The dealer cost on one Fender Flare is $141.23 plus the freight charges. NJ-H2, I will be happy to sell it to you at my cost if you still want it.

We do not show the item in our store, so we would need to do a custom order over the phone. The part number you had is correct, 5308240603u, and they do have it in stock (we can drop ship it directly to you).

If I have stuck my neck out there where it does not belong, I do apologize. I just felt that I could help out on this one.

Thanks for helping Jason! It just goes to show what type of Forum we beloing to. I don't think I have ever heard of any Forum owner ever getting involved on an issue like this!!! Thank you again!!

I think that RuggedH2 would love to take you up on that offer. As for me, Dan Clawson stated that if I sent him 1 of the extra right flairs I received by mistake he would send me back the correct left flair for no charge. I will wait to see if Dan follows thru with what he said.
Jason your customer service is over and beyond incredible for what you did. Only if 1/gizzillionth of your CS skills could rub off on Dan, E&G Classic customers would be much happier.
