Sorry buddy this is where we disagree.
The stakeholders control the direction of the company. Their motivation is generating profit and minimizing loss. They can "can" the CEO. Meaning nothing more nothing less.
I'm a stakeholder in a company. Hopefully assuming the position of CEO in a few short years.
