Re: Sunday, aka Hot as Hell in Texas
A little irratated we didn't have any BBQ left over from yesterday. I cooked two butts (16lbs) from 10:30PM Friday until 3:PM Sat. Took them off the cooker, foiled and let rest for an hour and then pulled them! Also did 3 racks of baby backs as appetizers and some slow cooked baked beans and homemade slaw to go with the Q. Man, that food was scarfed up so fast it wasn't even funny. Best I've had!
I guess we'll make due with the ribeyes tonight. Mine is 1 3/4" and CP's is 3/4" thick.
Sucka's!!!

Nicole brought home a tortoise from the vet office. We are going to make a pen for it in the back yard. Other than that, probably going to do some clothes shopping a find something to barbeque.

Re: Sunday, aka Hot as Hell in Texas
Watched some History Channel stuff this morning after sleeping late but not too late considering we watched two movies last night and stayed up all night.
Went in the pool with the twins then got out and cleaned the hot tub and deck.
Going out to grab Starbucks, figure out dinner and take some stuff back to Lowes and Home Depot.
Will watch some TV tonight and enjoy dinner, maybe go in the pool late tonight.
This is the 2nd Sunday in a row we've actually done constructive things too like cleaning the hot tub and last weekend cleaning one of the spare bedrooms. Yay on us!
