not being in ins. biz, wouldn't his auto have to cover repairs plus there is civil court which I know is $3000 but, there must be ways of getting paid for paint.

Actually the police report is out now. He has admitted to keying the H2 along with 4 or 5 others, and stated he's a member of the sierra club and greenpeace.
Now its all clear.
At least he was caught and charged.

BTW, what was this A hole doing at the school? Does he teach there? Did he have school business?
We're lucky he got caught now, if he'd been allowed to go on, he might have done something worse.
