Who is the manufacturer of your headlights and where did you buy them ? I have HIDs on my truck now but they are not Bi xenon. Can u really tell a difference between the HI and LO beams ?

they were made by a company called ME Xenon... But they are using Philips ballast ...

Yes you can see the difference between hi and low ... these are pretty bright already...
