35K on mine before it started. Took it in to the dealer and everything was fine for one day, then it started back up just like before. 
Funny thing, the loaner with 3K already had EXACTLY the same rattle! 
A guy that I work with has the same rattle. 
Seeing this many occurrences, you can't tell me that GM doesn't know about the problem and know what the solution is.
