Something crazy goin' on here, Lucy.

Yesterday I Snoped it and found it before commenting. It's from March of this year, that's why I said, "Oldie but goodie." The result was True.

I searched using, "Barack says we need to have a conversation about race in America", and it came right up in the number one spot. This morning it's not coming up.

So I dug a bit deeper and if you Google, "is pat buchanan letter true Barack says we need to have a conversation about race in America" you get this result:

That link won't work, but you can then search "a brief for whitey" to find it. That's clearly from March, 2008. It's not the same, but has many similarities to the "letter".
