Re: Nitto Mud Grapplers vs. KM2's
I have the km2's on my h2 and i love them, yes they are a bit pricy but worth it to me. One thing is that they are very quiet and ride well another is that no one else has them. You see people with nittos and Toyos all the time, another thing is anyone who tells you nittos are quiet is a liar. My Step brother is on his 2nd set now and they whine bad. When following him i can hear his tires over mine.

Re: Nitto Mud Grapplers vs. KM2's
I have toyos myself and they have been good to me. Tread life is way better than nittos. I wanted the KM2 but I need em in a 22" rim size and about 37-40 size but the biggest they have is a 36.5. Havent heard anything bad about the KM2 either. My buddy has a set on his Dodge Power wagon and he says they are not to bad and pretty quite.

Re: Nitto Mud Grapplers vs. KM2's
I LOVE the KM2's! I put them on last year and no problems so far. I love them in the rocks and haven't had a chance to try them in the mud yet. They're quiet and they ride and balance great. I have the 35's.

Re: Nitto Mud Grapplers vs. KM2's
Definitely KM2's. Relatively quiet on the Highway even at 80mph, track well, balance well, and off road traction is outstanding. Sidewalls can handle extremely low tire pressures as well (12-15psi). Mine are 37X12.50-17's mounted on Hutchinson double beadlocks...

Any special offset or size in your beadlocks? Do you have any lift or is your H2 stock? Heard a lot of good things about your beadlocks.

Re: Nitto Mud Grapplers vs. KM2's
They're called "Rock Monsters" and they are manufactured by Hutchinson who has the military contract for all the beadlocks used on all vehicles currently deployed in Iraq. The Rock Monsters are the only DOT approved double beadlock wheel, and I've cruised out to Moab and back at 80mph on the interstate with no fear that these wheels would come apart. They have a 4.5" backspacing so you will gain a 2" wider track width compared to OEM wheels which have 5.5" back spacing.
They are very easy to assemble, took me less than an hour to mount my new BFG 37" KM/2's on each wheel. Check out the link below for installation docs and videos.
They are not cheap, about $460 per wheel and you can add $50 per wheel for UPS shipping direct from Hurchinson (located in New Jersey). They offer them in polished aluminum or powder coated black. The only reputable dealer IMO is Expert Offroad located in Kansas and Texas. I dealt with the Kansas location. I've posted a link below where you will find the phone numbers.
I've "lifted" the front end of my H2 about 2" by cranking up the torsion bars.
