Re: New Rims and Tires
I'm thinking of upgrading my brakes and putting in some 480 gears.. I truly think this vehicle is geared too tall stock. The 412's that come in it are simply not deep enough to get this big truck moving. My buddy put a CAI/exhaust and 480's with a reflash and he gets high 13's for MPG plus his truck blows mine away. It feels like a totally different engine.
Sorry for the delay... I bought them from a local tire and wheel shop here in WV. I love the Kumhos so far, they handle pretty well for a mud tire, although they tend to try and suck you off of the road if you get too close to the white line. They are not loud at all, which surprised me... The truck is a little harder to stop now (the tire shop told me that they weighed each wheel and tire and per one wheel and one tire, it weighed 168 pounds
Sorry, I do not know the backspacing on the wheels.

Re: New Rims and Tires
I will second that, the tires are vey quiet for what they are. Have you noticed significantly more rollover when cornering? On my rig the added rollover from this tire was night and day from any other tire I had run.
When i ran them i thought the tread pattern was pretty sweet looking but they couldve done a much better job with the sidewill, aesthiticly speaking...especially for a tire that was essentially designed for blingers(large rim apps).
