Make sure, in the video, that he didn't bend down and spit at the under carriage of your truck. Because I would think the full detail would require a full and thorough cleaning of the underside as well.....
Also, as I understand it mucus has osmotic abilities and probably seeped through the pores in the windshield and infected the interior of the truck as well. Thorough detailing of the interior at his expense would be required. |

Are you paying to be in this country club?
If so I'd take the tape to the manager and demand at least a free year's membership as well as the employee being fired. If he's stupid about it show the tape to other members. If the manager won't do anything about it the other members deserve to know what he's letting his employees get away with. I know I wouldn't want to be part of a club that lets employees spit on my car.
Next I'd file a report with the police. I don't imagine this is enough to file charges for but if your truck ever got vandelized that report would be a paper trail leading back to the prime suspect. If the employee got fired I would absolutely file a report to cover my a'ss.

I think the press would love to print a revealing story about the exclusive country club - how the destructive antics of club employees is going unchecked, and how member's high-profile cars are being targeted for vandalism. What are these same employees allowed to do to your food behind your back?
Would be a shame if the GM got fired too ....

they were at the Jerry Seiner dealer showing
vehicles including Hummers. Pretty cool.
I wonder if KUTV would do a news report about

Talk to their manager or whoever and tell them you would like the hawker to detail your truck, once or bi-weekly, in the parking lot for awhile.

I like CP's idea. Have the manager make him wash it at least a few times for you. Also have the manager make him understand that he was going to fire him over it but you asked him not to. This will both make him pay a price for what he did and hopefully keep him from getting an attitude against you or other Hummers and causing further vandalism. They didn't ask you what you were looking for when you asked to view the security tapes?

He's not some 5 year old who did a no-no
He's a person of employable age who is effectively breaking the law. You have ONLY 2 choices.
1. forget about it
OR
2. report it
there is no #3 you can't beat him up... you can't hog on his car(then you are the same as him)... you can't do damage because then your the law breaker...
I do like the free years membership and the detailing of your H-3 and anything you can get for free...
