Our local Chevy Dealer will do the Gator Back process but only if you are the first owner.

I'm going to print this out for them and see what there story will be this time.

How about the best product to clean the stainless steel tail pipes of say a Corsa Exhaust that has gunk all over it inside and out from a ****ty NEohio winter. I cant get off the black suit either from the internal combustion engine staining my pipes!

Richard,
Try University Hummer in Tallahassee, FL. Talk to Ege Jones in the parts dept. she is wonderful. They will in turn send it to Champion Chev. and they will do it. They also are quite familiar with the whole process.

Thanks for the advice on the dealer in Tallahassee.
We are going to have to get a few days off and go
over and see if they will do the mirrors and the Gator
Back too.

The quickest, easiest fix to black out either plastics or the bumper, a product called "Trim Shine", made by Stoners. It is an aerosol can that sprays the product, real easy application. It seals and shines, turns grayed plastic glossy and jet black instantly, and lasts pretty good. Also repels water. I usually spray my plastics on every detail, and it works on any plastic too. Best part about this stuff, it's available at almost any Autozone or Checkers, so it's easy to get, not too pricy. I found out about it several years ago when I was trying to find ways to treat my Jeep plastics, went through alot of different products and money too before someone told me about this one. I got smarter since then, got rid of the Jeep.

Probably going to have to go over to Tallahassee and have them do it there since our Chevy dealer here is brain dead.
Will keep you up dated if we get it done soon.
