Thanks Mud! You couldn't be more right about a late night and a struggling brain!
I got a bew intank fuel pump & fuel rail regulator for my 2005 from Magnusun along with a Superchips programmer specific to my Vin. The program seemed to take without any failure on the handheld...???

Truck is completely stock. 2005 w/33k

The truck runs really bad...like 1 - 2 cylinders, it pops and knocks and dies. I re-ran the program and had the same results. I then checked all the electrical connections, which seem fine but I keep thinking I may have screwed up the injector sequence. they look fine.....I just don't know.

I'm sooo open to suggestions and I'm going back to work on it again soon and will keep checking this often if you think of anything........If for any reason I figure it out I'll post details.

I really appreciate the help!

Did you use the programmer from the 03 that came with the SC? You may need the programmer for the 05? Check your fuel rail pressure as well?

Default It's Fixed!!!!!!!

Well it's fixed and it's Awsome!!!!!! The problem was the old fuel that was in the rail and it had some air in there as well. I cleared the valve 5 - 6 times and it was alot better...I let it run and it burned off the old fuel and it cleared out completely!!!!! Thanks again for the advice...just reading a couple of replys got me thinking simple again and fixed it w/out much effort!

Thanks Again!!
Mike

How long did it take you to install - start to finish?

It took me about 17 hours......I took my time and if I did it again, it would go alot faster. My garage has low ceilings and the truck barely fit so this added some time with the fuel tank removal. I was alone for most of it....called a buddy to help me install the unit as the weight of it makes it a 2 person job.

It is awesome and I can't actually believe it's finished....looking forward to driving to work tomorrow!!

There is alot of info on it and Magnuson has been a great company to deal with.

Congrats on getting it running. You'll find headers will wake that up also. (spend the money and get longtubes....shorties have caused us GRIEF)

Did you do the intercooler? If not, you'll need to.

You'll also need a tranny cooler also.

HTH's... and welcome to the forum.
