The weather is typical of the mountains. We were at the summit and it was crystal clear with unlimited visibility & 10 minutes later from out of nowhere a cloud formed and came over and the visibility went downhill fast and after the fog cleared the winds went from light to 40 to 50 mph. I've never done MOAB, but my son who has, says it's much harder, but Black Bear has more steep drop offs.
