its 35% here in tn also. i have 20% all the way around on top of factory and all. and to be honest want to go a bit darker
But i havent been pulled over once and have had it on for about a year now. i see people all over with limo 5% tint on. here in tn its kind of like a bonus. you wont get pulled over for your windows but if you get pulled over for speeding and they see your windows you MIGHT get a ticket.
