Guess today's my lucky day, called and gave them my story and they felt gracious enough to send me a new disk on the "Good Will" of GM. She mentioned if I had called last year, I could have received a free one...so I pleasantly asked if they had any of those left over and there it went...have the 2010 version on the way.

1-877-628-3472...speak the word "Yes" as soon as it picks up and it will direct you to the right department. Good luck...it took me a few calls to get the right person to feel sorry for me.
