Deactivating Traction Controll [B]COMPLETELY[/B]

This is Great info. Thanx again..... Its going to be a couple weeks before I get around to actually doing this but here is what I am thinking of doing to test this theory

1. Pull the fuse and get on a loose surface thow it in low lock lock and see if I can spin them. However if that fuse completly powers the Thottle actuator the truck should not accelerate at all?? I guess there is only one way to find out....

2. Cut the pink wire and repeat test......

I hope to god this does not turn into a bomb and blow up in my face! lol

i believe you can also disable the TC with a tuner as well.

might have to select a huge tire size or something.. but it is another option

Hello.I'm own a performance shop MAW Performance.We custom tune cars and trucks using LS edits.We have a dyno for WRHP results.We can turn down tc or disable it completely. But keep in mind there are other limits such as wheel hop and torque limit settings that will take away rwhp even when the motor puts out more.The computor will sense these symtoms and make adjustments to take away power.We ajust these in a custom tunning were as hyper tech /bully dog /diablo and many others do not.My last hummer h2 we tuned made 40 more wrhp.Pretty cool.Just a good reason for custom tunes,there worth it.
