I'd say, since you don't specify what you have, get some sort of 33" tires, maybe all terrains if you spend most time on the road rather then off-road. Or, get stock tires from your dealer, either 32" or 33" - it really depends on where you go with your truck. I use 33" mud terrains, they're great off road, bit loud on the road but I don't care.

You will have to tell us what is your primary vehicle use.....

I'm in the same boat (hummer).
Have 70,000 miles on original 2006 adventure.
I have done a search and it gets over-whelming reading all the posts on tires.
I am quite satisfied with the stock tires.
I do go off road but maybe 4 times a year with hummer clubs.
But I do alot of hiway miles.

I think the best would be to have another set of rims with mud tires and another with hiway tires. But yes, that would be a pain.

Think I'll just go with another set of the stock Bridgestone Duelers.
I think Walmart even carrys them.

I also just replaced my stock tires with these ones recently:

http://www.goodyeartires.com/goodyeartireselector/display_tire.jsp?prodline=Wrangler%20DuraTrac&mrkt area=Light+Truck#technology

Absolutely love them!! Great look, no significant change in mpg, perfect handling onroad as well offroad.

Can only recommend!

I have 65,000 on the duelers and they have plenty of tread left.
The work well in dirt/sand/mud and drive smooth on the road.
For a long lasting all around tire it the best.

I have a set of the Duratrac's as well and I love them. They are quiet on the road and excellent in the snow. Best tire in the snow I have ever had. Never had them in anything else so I can't really speak on that. You can also keep your eyes open for a set of stockers. I have seen low mileage take-offs for $400 recently on Craigslist. If you have a little time just keep your eyes open and you will find a set.

If you are looking for a straight OE replacement I have been really happy with the set of BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KOs I got. Been through a moderate winter here in central Canada with a mixture of snow/ice/slush/rain etc and thye've performed well...

My original tires on my 2006 H3 lasted just over 70K miles and probably could've went a couple more months the guy said. but rainy season coming up and some snow trips.

So decided to get another set of the same Bridgestone Duelers.

not bad pretty impressed with them.

about to replace my 35 toyo m/t's. Ive gotten 72,000 miles out of those things!!!! (with regular 5 tire rotations) Another set will be going on it soon and nothing else. That tire rocks!!! They are excelent off road tires and super quiet even the wife hasnt complained about the noise and it looks way better than stockers.
