Just out of curiousity what is black billet? Is it billet that has been powdercoated or anodized?

The stock stuff is plastic, and you can't powdercoat plastic.

That makes sense... I saw chrome but never really paid attention if it was GM's bull**** plastic chrome or real chrome.
What was I thinking?
