Hi I'm a new member and sorry my english is not very well

anyway I really loved your car and I want to ask a question I'm planning to buy 22"x9,5 wheel with 37".13.50.22 Nitto tire. my question is there any side effect when I install them on my hummer H2? I mean shall make any modifications before install the wheels and tires?
