Also try disconnecting the memory seat module for about half an hour(module under the seat) plug it back in and give it a try.

OK... So Heres the update...After months of searchs here is what I did to fix my drivers seat...Went to GmPartsDirect.com ...Got part#15835070 Module 03-06H2...w/shipping & taxes came to 164.50...not too bad,Gm wanted 521.00 just for the module...so i order it this last week, it was here on fri...Now here comes what i thought would be the biggest pain in the ass...removing the drivers seat...Started on Sat morning took off side cover of seat, and you guessed it ..my seat was stuck over the bolts on the left side...sooo now what...seat will not move...so started to look around for other bolts that i could remove...under the front of the seat i found 2 nuts that holds the bottom of the seat to the base...took them of...and guess what...i did not have to remove the drivers seat after all ...i was able to get to the module from the top...2 nuts 2 screws 4 plugs later and of course the new module...bam my seat is working again...finally...I hope this helps someone else down the road...A Thank u goes out to Easy Ed and HumTech for responding to my thread...

Ok I appreciated the tip about the two nuts on the seat!!! I got my module out 15835069 is the part number for my 06 with heated memory seats. passenger heat doesnt work (doesnt light up) and none of the controls or heat work on the drivers seat. I tried disconnecting battery, circuit breaker and module for 2 hrs, plugged it all back in, no work.
You said you bought the 15835070 which is a ton cheaper $150 vs $400 (cheapest I could find for the 15835069). Did you have heated seats because what I can tell is the 69 is for heated seats and the 70 is without......want to get this working as my seat is tilted back right now. I did try and replace the circuit breaker figure $16 is worth a try first.
The TSB says if it works after a unplug then replace the module as it has a memory lockup and says keep troubleshooting if it doesnt work after unplugging.

Do I pay the $100 diagnostic fee to Chevy service in hopes that it is a bad wire somewhere or are they just going to tell me to replace the modlue and charge me $570?

Thanks,

Sean
