Lovin' that color man, the truck looks excellent and that Treehugger guard is nasty! Still debating on one of those myself.. just have some concerns on how it pins to the hood for stability.

NO concerns brother! This thing is well built and handles alot of weight. I have stood on top of it lots of times. Most people dont know that there is a steel reinforcment plate fiberglassed with the hood thats why its so rigid!!

And really its not the Hood that takes the weight of the force. Its the hidden mounting system that you cannot see. It takes all of the pressure. The hood pines just offer stability from vibration etc....

This tree was over 5 inches in diameter

And if you dont think it can take the weight......Well...........lol

YEP with alot of masking. I masked the whole side of the truck. Then I used some screws to hold the door handle pulled open to get good coverage. Came out great. I can shoot a pic of it up close if you would like! After installing those buckets there was no way I was going through that nightmare again!!

I would really like to see some close up pics of you door pulls. I have almost gotten rid of all my chrome, and that is one of the last things I'll need to do. I would like to see how yours came out.
