Had the same problem. Went to the bodyshop 3 times. 1st time resealed the marker lights. 2nd time did a flood test (passenger door open) looking for water coming in from windshield,cowl,sunroof. 2 hrs nothing. Went home and found leak when I went out to dry floor. It was the large rubber grommet in between the hinges on the door frame. Water would fill up and dribble out the round hole on the inside of the door frame. RTV'd the grommet and no problem since. Hope this helps
