Question the Tech 2 computer that they will hook to my truck.. will it download ALL updates, or just the specific one I'm having trouble with?

Never tried that, may set a code and default the hvac doors. Depending on what code may set you could get stuck on full hot, defrost. Not likely that would happen by unplugging the recirc/fresh actuator though

No problem, hope it works out for ya. If you were in Canada near me i would flash it for ya and only charge accordingly if it fixed the problem, unfortunatley not many gm techs will be willing to do that.
