Default Re: DAMN!! I got the dreaded wet floor!!

Hmmm, I was out there with a hose in this cold ass weather, and I didnt have any luck. I ran it over the 3 middle marker lights, and in the channel where the large outside light is. I can see and hear the water running down the outside door sill, but the weather strip between the door and the inside keeps it out. I also took off the outside larger light and the grommet is sealed up fromt he previous owner where they ran the XM radio antenna wire through it. I ran the hose directly over that too, nothing leaked inside the truck. The windhiels moulding is up a little bit for about 5" on the passenger side, ran water there too.....nothing.

Im going to pull the oh **** handle off later on and pull the head liner down a bit to see if I notice any water coming in up top. You can defintiely see water marks in the kick panel area like water has been streaming down from the A Pillar area.

This sucks.....this is almost as bad as looking for an electrical issue!

Try this method. Start the truck and with all windows closed and the blower motor on high spray soapy water around any suspect areas on outside and look for bubbles
