Okay, so I'm lost... was there a form to fill out to get colored plates or was that plate coincidentally the same color?

I add the .BS because I'm full of **** and makes it all official sounding

Oddly the few times i've been pulled over in the last 10 years, cops never even questioned the plate. My H2 project has a SOM matched plate also.
